Hello! I’m Justin Hoffman, a Certified Professional Life Coach. Coaching and helping others has always been a deep passion of mine, no matter what role I’ve held in my corporate career. Over the years, one question I’ve been asked time and time again is: “Why did you decide to become a life coach?”

Honestly, I love answering this question, because the journey to becoming a life coach was intentional and incredibly rewarding. So let me share the top three reasons I chose this path and how it ties into my mission to support others in becoming the best version of themselves.

Real Connection

From my earliest days in my career, I’ve always found purpose in building authentic, meaningful connections. Whether mentoring team members or collaborating across roles, I discovered that people grow best when they feel seen, heard, and supported. Life coaching allows me to take that connection even deeper by helping people feel empowered as they move toward their goals and personal breakthroughs.

A Genuine Desire to Help People Who Are Ready for Growth

There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone have a breakthrough moment. As a life coach, I get to partner with individuals who are ready to make meaningful change. Life can get noisy, and we often get caught in our own mental loops. Coaching offers a space of clarity, curiosity, and non-judgment where clients can gain perspective, challenge their thinking, and step into a stronger version of themselves.

Personal Growth Is a Two-Way Street

One of the most powerful things about life coaching is that it’s not just about giving, it’s also about growing. Every session is an opportunity for me to stay grounded, remain curious, and learn alongside my clients. Choosing this path has allowed me to build a practice rooted in self-awareness, personal evolution, and constant reflection. Helping others grow helps me grow too, and that keeps me aligned with my mission every day.

Why Life Coaching?

Because it gives me the opportunity to live out my purpose: to support others in becoming the best version of themselves. It’s more than just a career, it’s a calling. And there’s no greater privilege than walking alongside someone as they discover their own power and potential.
